Installing | Database Server Installation
Following the recommended production configuration, confluence should be split up into (4) servers listed below. I've also gone ahead and listed what I used for my installation.
- Application Server - CentOS 7 server with: 1CPU, 2GB RAM, 20GB HDD
- Web Server (Reverse Proxy Server) (optional) - CentOS 7 server running Apache HTTD with 1 CPU, 1GB RAM, 20GB HDD
- Database Server (optional) - CentOS 7 server running PostgreSQL with 1 CPU, 1GB RAM, 20GB HDD
- External user directory (LDAP) (optional) - CentOS 7 server running OpenLDAP with 1 CPU, 1GB RAM, 20GB HDD
