- 5 oz of chia seeds
- 20 oz of greek yogurt
- 5 oz of sugar
- 5 oz of coco powder
- 36 oz of Strawberries
- 5 oz of chocolate chips or hard chocolate
- 5 cups (40 oz) of skim milk

teaspoon of chia seeds (1 oz)
2 large tablespoons of greek yogurt (4 oz)
teaspoon of sugar
teaspoon of coco powder
6oz of strawberries
1oz of shaved chocolate
