Registration Requirements
- Inspection
- Title
- Passport (proof of citizenship)
- Drivers License
- Electronically send FS-1 form from insurance to DMV for proof of insurance
- Fax FS-1 form from insurance to DMV for proof of insurance since offices dont have access to the electronic copy
- Name change paperwork and/or marriage certificate for titles still in prior names
