Overnight Oatmeal - Strawberry Chocolate

Wide-Mouth mason jar, steel cut oats, chia seeds, skim milk, greek yogurt, sugar, coco powder, strawberries, shaved chocolate.

Shopping List 5 meals

  • 2.5 cups of steel cut oats
  • 5 oz of chia seeds
  • 20 oz of greek yogurt
  • 5 oz of sugar
  • 5 oz of coco powder
  • 36 oz of Strawberries
  • 5 oz of chocolate chips or hard chocolate
  • 5 cups (40 oz) of skim milk

Portions

1/2 cup of steel cut oats
teaspoon of chia seeds (1 oz)
2 large tablespoons of greek yogurt (4 oz)
teaspoon of sugar
teaspoon of coco powder
6oz of strawberries
1oz of shaved chocolate
1 cup (8 oz) of skim milk

Cooking

Prep
Add to mason jar in this order:
  • steel cut oats
  • chia seeds
  • yogurt
  • sugar
  • coco powder
  • strawberries
  • shaved chocolate
Night before
Add 1 cup of milk (too much makes it soggy)

1 oz of maple syrup
3 oz of peanut butter
1 oz of chopped walnuts
6 oz of diced bananas
